Booking Appointments

We suggest you book appointments 1 week in advance. We do try to accomodate all guests, but it can be difficult at busy times, such as weekends or during conferences in the hotel, and it is easier to fit your appointment if you book well in advance.

You are more than welcome to request a specific therapist, if you particularly liked someone from a previous session.

Please inform us at the time of booking if you are coming with someone else, we will try to coordinate your treatments accordingly.

We require a credit card to hold all reservations. If you do not have a credit card, you are welcome to come in person to book your appointment and pay at time of booking your spa services.

Prices do not include GST.

 Arrival

Please show up 15 minutes prior to appointment.  Before or after your treatments, we encourage you to make use of the complementary shower, whirlpool, pool or fitness centre, or any other fabulous hotel amenities to fully enjoy your spa experience.

Guests arriving late for their appointments may have a shortened treatment, in order to serve other guests on time.

We ask when you arrive to turn off your cell phone or pager, in order for all guests at the spa to enjoy the peaceful and calm atmosphere. Please keep your noise level down as well, and not disturb other guests.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We know how hectic & busy life can be, so if you are unable to make your appointment, we would appreciate 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. All bookings will require a credit card number and in the event of cancellation without notice your credit card will be charged 50% of the fee for your planned booking.  No refunds

Insurance Coverage

If you have insurance coverage for massage, we provide a receipt with all the information required by your insurance company.

 During Appointments

During body treatments your body will be professionally draped at all times, your modesty is respected.  It is up to you whether you undress completely or leave your undergarments on for massage and body treatments. For your relaxation during your treatments, we provide a robe and slippers, and encourage you to relax by pool, or sit in the garden by the waterfall. Modesty is appreciated while you are at the spa.

You can speak during your treatment, or stay silent, the therapist will follow your lead. If you are uncomfortable with anything during your treatment, such as pressure, temperature or music level, please tell your therapist. We want this to be the ultimate experience for you, and will make an adjustment to suit your preference.

The therapist may instruct you to take your time getting up. This usually means a few minutes. If you want to relax and lounge after treatments, we encourage you to enjoy the hotel amenities, such as by the pool or in the garden near the waterfall.

Beverages Served

Some of our packages offer a glass of wine or champagne as part of the service. One glass per person is included in the package.  Packages with non-alcoholic drinks also include one drink per person. When booking your package, if you want more drinks, we would be happy to include it in your package. Additional glasses or bottles can be ordered and added to your bill.

Payment

We accept Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card as payments for services at the spa. Payment is received at the time of services, except in special circumstances as follows:

If you are a guest at the hotel, we would be happy to add your treatments to your bill, for your ultimate convenience.

If you have insurance coverage for massage, inquire about our Direct Billing program.

Tipping

It is customary to add a 15 - 20% tip to your treatment. Gratuities are not included in gift certificates.

Gift Cards

We offer Gift Certificates for Spa Services, if you receive a gift of a service you don't want, you can use the dollar value towards a service that you would like. Spa Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded to credit or debit cards. Remainders on Spa Gift Cards can be used for future visits but not for products. Gift Cards cannot be used for gratuities. All prices displayed for services are in Canadian funds, GST is extra.

 Discounts

Perfectly Divine Day Spa would be happy to discuss discounts with you. We offer special pricing for multiple bookings during Conferences, or Events booked in the hotel. We offer Corporate Discounts, and Seniors Discounts. Please inquire at the spa.

Age Requirements

Perfectly Divine Spa welcomes clients under 18 years of age. However, we do require that teens and tweens be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We ask that our younger guests also respect other guests who are enjoying the calm, quiet atmosphere.

Perfectly Divine Day Spa is a Sponsor for Kimmapii Kids, a charity that makes a difference in the lives of children in Peru and other developing countries by providing school supplies.
